Our services.
Individual counseling.
Sometimes life becomes difficult to navigate on your own. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, life transitions, relationship concerns, or simply feeling stuck, individual counseling provides a space to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and begin moving forward.
Our therapists take an individualized, evidence-based approach to treatment, drawing from methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and other integrative approaches based on your needs. We focus not only on reducing symptoms, but also on helping you develop greater resilience, emotional awareness, healthy coping skills, and a clearer sense of purpose.
For clients who desire Christian-integrated counseling, we thoughtfully incorporate biblical values and faith into the therapeutic process while providing high-quality clinical care.
Couples counseling.
Healthy relationships require more than simply loving one another. Couples can find themselves caught in patterns of conflict, disconnection, misunderstanding, or hurt that become difficult to change without support. Couples counseling provides a structured space where both partners can feel heard, better understand their relationship patterns, and work toward meaningful change together.
We work with couples facing communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, life transitions, trust concerns, and other relationship challenges. We also offer premarital counseling for couples who want to build a strong foundation for marriage.
Our approach is grounded in a systems perspective and may incorporate evidence-based interventions from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Therapy may focus on strengthening friendship and emotional connection, improving communication and conflict management, and helping couples develop healthier patterns of relating.
For couples who desire it, biblical principles and shared faith can also be incorporated as meaningful resources for building a healthy, Christ-centered relationship.
Family counseling.
Challenges rarely affect just one person. Stress, trauma, grief, major life changes, and relationship difficulties can influence the way an entire family communicates and functions. Family counseling helps family members better understand one another, identify unhealthy patterns, and work together toward stronger and healthier relationships.
Using a systems-based approach, our therapists consider each person within the context of their relationships, family experiences, and broader environment. Depending on the needs of the family, counseling may incorporate cognitive-behavioral strategies, emotion-focused interventions, communication skills, creative activities, and other evidence-based techniques.
Family counseling can provide support for families navigating conflict, communication difficulties, grief, life transitions, parenting or relational stress, and the effects of mental health concerns within the family. Our goal is to create a compassionate space where family members can feel understood while developing practical tools for healthier connection.
When desired, we also integrate biblical values and Christian faith into the counseling process, helping families pursue healing while remaining grounded in the beliefs that are important to them.
